Auxiliary Books Of Honor and Memory
Since 1952, the Books of Honor and Memory have provided an opportunity to express thoughtfulness
in a lasting tribute. These books are on display at the entrance of the Home Chapel. Friends and relatives have
been honored for special occasions such as birthdays, wedding anniversaries, retirement or other important
events in the Book of Honor. The Book of Memory is a lasting remembrance of a departed loved one. The
funds raised assist the Auxiliary in its stated mission: “To promote the physical comfort and spiritual well-being
of the residents of The National Lutheran Home for the Aged.”
